Hey there, I’m Lindsay. A small town stay at home mama/photographer in the heart of Central Illinois. Born and raised in this corn land that has 4-6 seasons a year I feel like (if you know, you know!)

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 10 years and together for 15. Literally half of our lives together. If I can be honest, (which – you’ll always find that here on this platform) He’s my soulmate, truly my best friend in this life, and I couldn’t imagine my daily breath without him! We have 3 sweet, wild babes that are my heart and soul in this life .. my little arrows that I love so so deep. Two boys and one girl … and they rock my world from sun up til sun down.

My Why:

My heartbeat behind my business, is my family. But it’s also [you]. Growing up, my mom took SO MANY images on the good ole Kodak camera, purchase the film, print it at the store and now they’re in totes in her basement.

Looking at those memories, yes we can capture them on our phones today — but hanging them on our walls? Walking down to the basement, laying in bed and looking at the images a photographer took for you to: express who your family is, allow playtime during a session, create an artistic atmosphere in telling your story. THAT is my heartbeat for you. To always have something to cherish on your walls … it doesn’t have to be the most beautiful perfectly put together session – it just has to be [who you are] as a family.

My family is my why. They are the reason I see art in the mundane. To capture the magic of their smile, the soul of their childhood and looking through my lens in the eyes of a child. My husband is my biggest supporter and fan when it comes to creating this passion of mine to serve you at the best of my ability.

Holding this camera in hand. It’s allowed me to freely be ME. To block out the noise, and really create something that I’m proud of. It gives me peace and beauty. It teaches me things about myself, that sometimes i didn’t know I needed. I’m so incredibly thankful for my family and this job title that I get to partake and step into the seasons of your lives to create magic with you.
